What is a coffee cupping?

Cupping is a method often done by Q Graders that coffee professionals use to taste and score coffee. During the cupping process, all variables are treated equally and blindly, so there are no biases when tasting and comparing different coffees. Without getting into too much detail here, cupping is basically a blind taste test to compare different coffees and roast profiles.
