Latte definition

A latte is very similar to a cappuccino in that it is made with espresso, steamed milk, and microfoam. The main difference between these two drinks is the amount of each ingredient. Lattes are typically made with 1 or 2 shots of espresso, steamed milk, and a small amount of microfoam on the top.
